Oversaw the transition of this community-based nonprofit that was previously operating as a department of a parent organization into a standalone, high-impact nonprofit. Handled all aspects of formation and launch and manage ongoing financial operations, including complex bookkeeping, reporting, and expenses in the community.


GospelTree Ministries

Alleviated operational burdens of this growing organization by relieving the executive director of financial administrative responsibilities. Wellstead Solutions processed all donations and manages the finances for GospelTree, allowing its leadership to focus on the vision of the organization: creating and deploying life-changing growth processes through groups and retreats.

 

 

Cornerstone Restoration

Guided the transition of this church-based ministry to launch into a standalone nonprofit with a growing staff and international impact. Developed and managed all systems for launch, ongoing donations, and expanded revenue streams through selling of donated goods.


Pivot Leadership Group

Worked with core leadership to take this vision from idea to reality, positioning Pivot to be a growing leader in joining faith with business and community development. Oversaw all aspects of organizational launch and manage ongoing financial operations

 

 

The Gathering at Community First

Over a 4-month period, consulted with the board and leadership to assess and evaluate current operational procedures ahead of organizational growth. Advised on a number of critical operational systems and, with the help of a certified coach, enhanced leadership alignment.

After a successful contract, The Gathering asked Wellstead Solutions to manage all donation processing and internal reimbursement systems on an ongoing basis, freeing visionary leadership from the burdens of financial tasks.


 

Arabian World Partnership

Worked with Dubai-based church to launch a US-based non-profit, establishing all core operational systems and functionality, including obtaining 501c3 status in an unprecedented 2-week window. Manage all aspects of internal and external finances/donation processing and reporting to staff, contractors and board of this $400,000+/year organization.

 
 

 

Field Life

Oversee all aspects of finance and operations for this $250,000+/year organization. Over 5 months worked to turn vision of a new organization into a fully-functioning global non-profit. Registered new organization with state and federal offices, developed online donation system, and negotiated and oversaw development of website. Currently manage all donations and finances in addition to conference logistics.

 

 

Storyline

Manage all financial and operational non-profit systems including $500,000+/year budget and email/file share/calendar systems. Communicate regularly with donors to handle financial information and resolve questions regarding donations. Serve global vision by initiating, leading, and implementing strategic planning processes and followups.

 

 

Mission Coalition

Oversee the receiving, allocating and distributing of all financial donations of this $600,000+/year organization. Overhauled the organization’s entire financial system to deliver effective and timely reporting to its ministry contractors around the world.
